Instant Teams Announces New Advisory Board Members

HONOLULU, HI, YORKTOWN, VA, & BALTIMORE, MD — Instant Teams, a remote workforce supplier and management platform, is pleased to announce the addition of two new members to its Advisory Board. These new members join Instant Teams to aid in accelerating company and community growth and provide deeper connections to industry opportunities, government relations, and the military community.
Instant Teams’ new Advisory Board members are Ed Rothstein, Maryland’s Carroll County Commissioner and Retired United States Army Colonel, and Anne Meree Craig, CEO and Cofounder of the COMMIT Foundation. Together, they bring significant experience, wisdom, and passion spanning military leadership, government and private sector business and military-community dedication and service.

His passion for the military community along with his expertise in several key areas will help Instant Teams in our strategic areas of growth. About Ed:
Ed Rothstein (COL, Ret.) has led a diverse career during his thirty-plus years with the U.S. Army including numerous deployments along with multiple duty stations in the states and abroad. Ed’s last military assignment was Garrison Commander at Fort Meade, Maryland where he oversaw a 55,000+ workforce, 116 tenant organizations and a $330M operational budget. After retiring in 2014, he was appointed to be the Economic Developer for Anne Arundel County, Maryland, before founding ERA Advisory LLC. ERA Advisory LLC is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB). As Principal with ERA Advisory, Ed works with several businesses and organizations focused on business growth, marketing strategies, and leadership development. Most recently, as part of ERA Advisory, Ed served as Executive Director for the BWI Business Partnership, a non-profit organization that focuses on economic and transportation requirements and development in the central Maryland region. In 2018, Ed was elected to serve as Carroll County Commissioner for a four-year term. In addition, Ed serves on multiple boards of directors for non-profits within the region and state, along with having served on the Carroll County Veterans Advisory Council. Ed has an Education Degree from Lock Haven University, Pennsylvania and a Masters in Human Resources from Webster University along with a Masters in National Resource Management from Eisenhower School for National Security. At Lock Haven, Ed was a member of the Division I wrestling team and commissioned through the ROTC Program. Ed resides in Eldersburg, Maryland with his wife Audrey and two children Emily and Sam.
Ed stated, “It is both humbling and an honor to work with the Instant Teams leadership as they share a common vision and culture that has been ingrained in me for the past 30+ years while in uniform, that culture and vision is tied to our Warrior Ethos and that soldiering is a “team sport.”  With that said, Instant Teams’ focus on enriching our military spouses and dependents with remote career opportunities serves our community ensuring their “Soldier” is always ready to serve. It is a win win situation!”
About Anne Meree:
Anne Meree Craig is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of The COMMIT Foundation, an organization working to create serendipity for high-performing post-9/11 veterans through mentoring workshops, one on one transition program, and corporate education.
Anne Meree served as a civil servant deploying around the world in direct strategic and operational support to the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. In 2010, after having her second child, she left the government and founded Maxemi LLC, a consulting business aimed at relationship navigation, strategy development, and research. She has worked as the Chief Administrative Officer at McChrystal Group and as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Berico Technologies. Her clients included Deloitte and General Dynamics. Anne Meree feels blessed to have not just served at the tip of spear but to also have married into it. She believes it provides her a unique understanding for the work she currently does at COMMIT. Anne Meree is gifted at connecting dots in creating serendipity for our veterans and works to grow the enduring relationships necessary to enable real success. Anne Meree holds a M.A. from Middlebury College and a B.A. from Wofford College. She attended The Stanford Graduate School of Business for Executive Education and was a proud member of the inaugural class of the Stand-To Leadership Initiative at The George W. Bush Institute. Anne Meree hails from the deep south but calls Bozeman, Montana home where she and her husband are prioritizing lifestyle and raising their three awesome kids.
