1. Customer Success Agent
A Customer Success Agent is responsible for interacting with all internal and external customers to handle complaints, process orders, and provide helpful information about a company’s products and services. You may also partner with the sales team to meet and exceed customer success expectations.

Keep in mind: Customer Success Agents are vital to SaaS (Software as a Service) as they need to ensure customers are getting satisfaction out of the software over time.
